The chair is pretty great but not the greatest. CONS- super flat seat, I'm kind of short so with most fixed armrest these are better suited for people that are taller that 5'7", the lumbar support could be a ever so slightly softer . PROS- A1 Style & Matertial. I'm comfortable when sit in in minus the armrest, i feel like being secured for launch. SO yeah HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ONE OF THE BEST AT THIS PRICE POINT!

Chair arrived on time. All pieces, instructions and necessary tools were included in box. Had a little trouble aligning the left armrest with the hole, but finally figured it out. This chair beats any quality of the chair I could find in store or online. Wish there were wheel stops; something to consider in the next iteration.

I had a lot of reservations about this chair since I haven't really heard of this company and there weren't tons of reviews. I went ahead and ordered because it was everything I was looking for in an office chair so I figured it was worth a shot. Got the chair within about 1 week of ordering and had tons of communication about shipping along the way, which was nice. It was sent via FedEx with no issues. The box is HEAVY and large so be prepared for a team lift if you need to bring it up stairs. Instructions were super easy to follow and the blister pack with parts was clearly labeled. This chair ended up being everything I had hoped it would be - large enough for me to sit cross legged, good lumbar support, good hip support, not too hot or too cold to sit in for long periods of time, fully adjustable, large seat cushion, and not crazy expensive. I had a long list of needs and this chair met all of them so I'm pretty happy. There are a few minor cosmetic things that I could nit pick (leather not tight in all areas, zipper has skipped teeth in a few places, etc.) but nothing that will affect the performance or durability of the chair. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a good quality chair with plenty of back/leg support.
