United StatesComfortable chair, until it broke
Had the chair since July of 2021, it is now April 2022. The chair was very comfortable and didn’t hurt to sit in for the 8 hour stretches of working. The problem is that the chair broke and can’t be leaned back up anymore, otherwise this would be a 5 star review. I contacted customer support and they honored the warranty and have shipped another chair, I just hope that this new chair has a warranty as well.

So far I really love this chair! One thing I noticed is the seat is a little more narrow than expected. BUT the chair itself is so comfortable and it rocks, leans all the way back, has a foot stool which is pretty awesome. Cushions on the arms are pretty padded as well compared to others I’ve owned, one this I will say is the costumer service with Dowinx has been phenomenal!

Bought this for a friend for his birthday and he loved it. It was very easy to setup and boy oh boy it looked and felt nice. I highly recommend for a mid level gaming chair forsure.
