United StatesFull disclosure: I'm not a gamer. I'm just a person whose office chair wasn't cutting it and was starting to give me hip pain. I needed something with more lumbar support and more adjustable settings than my previous chair had. I know people say not to use a gaming chair for office use, but I have to be honest, this chair has been GREAT. Assembly on this was pretty straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the only real hiccup I had was attaching the back to the seat because it is a bit awkward to hold the back up while you try to screw it in. Other than that, there wasn't anything tricky - took me about 45 minutes. Rolling feature is smooth, and swiveling left and right in it doesn't produce an "off-kilter" feeling that you get with cheaper chairs. The lumbar support is great, and I like how high/low you can go, as well as how far back this chair leans. Someone mentioned the wingless design and how much they liked it; I didn't think I would care that much about it, but I also really like it now that I've been using it. The chair itself looks really nice and sleek. There is a good amount of padding in the seat and back, which is nice to have if you'll be sitting in it for long periods of time like I will. I also really appreciate the massage lumbar function! The cord is definitely long enough to reach the computer, and I appreciate that they made it so that you can disconnect and not have a cord hanging when not in use. My only issue is how far back the handles are underneath the seat. If you have short arms, you're going to have to bend and twist to get to them. Not a deal breaker for me and not a problem if you have longer arms. Something I just thought was worth mentioning.
