And while semi retired, I spend a great deal of time in my home office to do work or watch my TV. The chair has a great place for my legs (it comes to my calf area) and it hooks up to a USB power source for vibration in the mid back area. The headrest can be adjusted for the cervical are and the chair tilts back to a 160 degree angle. I play Pickleball several times a week or do yard work and the leg extension, vibration, and tilt sold me on this chair versus other chairs. Not the most luxurious, but extremely comfortable to fall asleep in or do work in.
