Depending on your shipping address and inventory availability, orders will be fulfilled from the following warehouse regions:

⚠️ Please note: Each warehouse may carry different inventory. Do not return products to any warehouse directly. All returns must follow the official return process.
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Standard shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days via FedEx
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will ship on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, inventory shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing all shipping details and a tracking number to monitor your order until it reaches your door.
If damage is noticed upon delivery: Carefully inspect both the package and the contents. If the carrier is still present, please refuse the delivery.
If damage is noticed after delivery: Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged items. Our team will assist you and help find the best solution for your situation.
For orders with Seel Shipping Insurance, if your package is damaged in transit or not received, please contact Seel directly for faster resolution.
