1. Warehouse & Fulfillment Locations

We operate multiple warehouses in the United States to ensure faster delivery of your orders.
Depending on your shipping address and inventory availability, orders will be fulfilled from the following warehouse regions:

  • East Region (Georgia, GA)

  • Northeast Region (New Jersey, NJ)

⚠️ Please note: Each warehouse may carry different inventory. Do not return products to any warehouse directly. All returns must follow the official return process.


2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days via FedEx

  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will ship on the next business day.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, inventory shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing all shipping details and a tracking number to monitor your order until it reaches your door.


3. Damaged Items in Transit

  • If damage is noticed upon delivery: Carefully inspect both the package and the contents. If the carrier is still present, please refuse the delivery.

  • If damage is noticed after delivery: Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged items. Our team will assist you and help find the best solution for your situation.

  • For orders with Seel Shipping Insurance, if your package is damaged in transit or not received, please contact Seel directly for faster resolution.

    We have free shipping within the United States, except for a few clearance items which carry a $9.99 shipping fee.

    2. How will my order be delivered?

    We deliver your order straight to your address via FedEx. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order. Please ensure that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

    3. Where do you ship to?

    We ship to residential or commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. However, FedEx Ground delivery is unable to deliver to any military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations.

    4. When can I expect to receive my order?

    Once you’ve placed your order, it typically takes up to 1 working day to be processed and is delivered within 3-7 working days.
    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately.     6. Do you ship to PO Boxes or pick-up shops?

    While we’d love to offer this option, our products and packaging are very bulky and heavy, so we’re unable to deliver them to PO boxes and pick-up shops. However, you can still reach out to our support team via the Contact Form. We’ll do our best to assist you.
