All DOWINX customers are eligible for our unconditional warranty immediately after purchase. If you have any questions whether your product is still under warranty, please email chair@dowinx.com and ask about your warranty status. We will ask you to provide:

Your order number
Your address
For:
Missing parts at delivery;
Parts damaged at delivery or within the 2-year warranty period;
Not as described in the applicable sales contract at delivery;
Major parts should include: pillow, cushion, armrest, base, wheels, etc.

Please remember that products returned for warranty purposes must be accompanied by the original order number and written details about the nature of the problem, product location, etc.
