Overall it’s a great chair. I’ve had no issues with it. It does take a bit to break it in but once it’s broken in it feels great to sit in.

I love the look and functionality. Comfortable for the most part. Head pillow is memory foam and very soft to lean back into. Also the massage feature is pretty dang cool. Overall a good chair . Happy customer. By the way I bought off of Amazon.
