United StatesIt's honestly really comfortable considering it's price point. Obviously it's not built to last forever, but as my first "gaming" style desk chair, I've found this to be way more comfortable than the traditional "ergonomic" office chairs I had before. The arm rests curve down at the end so it gives a nice resting arm position for keyboard and mouse controls. Before I got this chair, I tended to primarily use a controller but it's much more comfortable to use K+M now. The foot rest is a bit flimsy, but it's actually pretty nice to have and I've used it more often than I thought I would, and it seems like it'll hold up. The color looks great and I like the fabric rather than cheap pleather than peels apart after 6 months.

The chair is comfortable beyond comfortable. This will be the last gaming chair you ever buy. 5 Stars wish I could give it 6.
United States United StatesThe chair was easy to put together and, as someone with a lot of lower back pain, it certainly helps. However, the “massage” feature is just some mild vibration, which isn’t too much of a bummer since that isn’t what I bought it for. The first chair that I bought came with a defect on the head cushion, which I confirmed when I received this pink one and it came correctly.
