United StatesMy old chair no longer went up or down. It also was becoming very uncomfortable. This new chair has lumbar support and I can rest my legs on the pull out under the seat. I love the chair. I dont regret the purchase.
United StatesI really enjoy the chair's comfortable seat and the recline function. It was confusing to put together but a you tube video helped me out. I did but the foot rest upside down though and still need to fix it. The color and fabric is nice and soft. Because I am short there is a gap in the lower part so I had a pillow to help support my back. I'm in the computer for 8 hours for work.
