If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We have two warehouse locations for faster delivery of your orders. Your order will ship from either our CA or GA warehouse depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or major holidays will be shipped the next business day. 1. How should I know which chair suits me?

Chair seems great so far

I have had this chair for about two weeks. It is very comfortable and has a lot of features. The recline function works great and the leg rest seems to support my weight just fine. The material seems tough and I believe will last for a long time. I have yet to test the massage function built into the lumbar support pad. There is one preferential drawback that I have. At shoulder length the backrest angles in which is fine just sitting or even reclining in the chair. But if you are the type of person that relaxes leaning back with your hands behind your head, this feature makes that uncomfortable at the shoulders. With that being said, this isn’t a chair to “relax” in all day. And I realize that is a personal preference. Plus I believe dowinx has another option that corrects this issue. All in all I’m satisfied with my purchase and would purchase another if the need arises.

Great chair more comfortable than the price suggests

I have owned thus chair nor for a little over a year. The cushions are just as firm as the day I put it together. The only ones that are not are the ones on the arm rests, but when I am at my computer I rest my arms and elbows on them so it is to be expected. The seat is still firm and lets you sink into it as it conforms to your body.it was easy to assemble and only took about 45 minutes by myself. The lumbar pillow is a vibrating massager and while not powerful it does stimulate blood flow to help ease sore lower back muscles. The footrest does slide out easily if you lined everything up correctly when you put it together. The reclining feature is actually very relaxing. I not only game on my computer but stream movies and shows and it is very comfortable to lean back and put your feet up while watching shows. The only issue with reclining is if you get too far back without putting your feet onto the footrest you can over balance backwards.
I have actually fallen asleep while simply reading while reclining in this chair it is tat comfortable.
Even though it is over a year old and gets a minimum of 4 hours use during the week and 10+ on the weekends it is still more solid than my last office chair which cost over $100 more.
This chair is definitely worth the price.
When this one finally wears out I will be getting another one. If they have a better one by then I will be upgrading. But so far this chair is more than I hoped for.

Awesome first gaming chair!

Assembly wasn't too bad, overall the quality of the chair with their Carbon Fiber material is great, cushions are comfortable enough to allow the ergonomic feel of the chair to come alive and was fun to put together for the most part! The little massage feature that's connected to the lower back cushion isn't to be expected tp be much but it's a nice tihng to have cause it did loosen up my lower back a bit.

We love Dowinx!

I bought a Dowinx chair for my husband for Christmas (the red and black one) and he loves it! We love how comfortable the chair is, how it's water resistant, and the fabric seems strong and nice. It's adjustable and we love being able to lean back all the way. I bought the gray and white chair for me, and it's just as wonderful! Thanks Dowinx! Their customer service has also been great. I'd recommend this company and their chairs any day! Definitely a great price for what you're getting. I've tried out other "gamer" chairs at office max, etc., and definitely prefer my Dowinx chair.
