Depending on your shipping address and inventory availability, orders may be fulfilled from the following warehouse regions:

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch via FedEx.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier issues, inventory shortages, peak seasons, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking number.

3. Shipping Destinations and Fees

We currently provide standard delivery to residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders. Certain clearance items may carry a $9.99 shipping fee. Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Because of product size and carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Additional restrictions may apply to remote or unsupported locations.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If damage is noticed upon delivery: Carefully inspect the package and its contents. If the carrier is still present and the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery.
If damage is noticed after delivery: Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, Dowinx will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return label, pickup service, or other reasonable solution at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delayed and Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, your package is significantly delayed, or you believe the package may be lost, please email chair@dowinx.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will contact the carrier, investigate the shipment, and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances. Depending on the results of the investigation, the solution may include continued delivery assistance, a replacement, or a refund.

A “delivered” tracking status does not automatically prevent you from contacting us or submitting a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check around the delivery location and with members of your household or building. If the package still cannot be found, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the investigation.

7. Free Return Shipping

Dowinx provides free return shipping for eligible individual consumer orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. This includes eligible returns related to product quality as well as eligible preference-based returns.

Please contact our Customer Support team before returning any product. Once your return request is approved, we will provide an authorized return label, arrange a courier pickup, or provide other appropriate return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization, sent to an unauthorized address, or returned using a shipping method that was not approved by Dowinx may not qualify for reimbursement of independently incurred shipping expenses.

8. Bulk Orders and Return Policy Abuse

Our free-return policy is intended for genuine individual consumer purchases. It may not apply to unauthorized bulk purchases, reseller or commercial orders, unusually large quantities of the same or similar products, repeated excessive returns, or orders involving suspected fraud or intentional abuse of the return policy.

These situations will be reviewed individually based on the order history and relevant circumstances. We will not refuse a legitimate return solely because a customer purchased more than one item.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If a package is returned because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us so that we can review the available redelivery or refund options.
