United StatesI live with chronic pain & also work at a computer from home. i really needed a new chair to help with my neck & back pain, & i really think this one is going to be a game changer. it was so easy to put together (not sure why there’s so many people who had trouble, i put this together by myself using non-english instructions lol) & didn’t take long at all to assemble (under an hour for me). i really appreciate that the fabric unzips for easy cleaning. i like the fabric feel a lot. i like that the neck pillow can be adjusted a bit, i like how customizable the arm rests are, & it rolls so smoothly. all in all, a pretty great chair at a decent price.
