United States United StatesI WFH and work ten hour shifts. It is comfortable but, found it odd there’s a tag on the top side of the main cushion. Why not put it on the bottom side to not have it be visible? Cushion does make a crunch sound when first sitting down. Maybe it needs to be broke in more being brand new and it will stop making that noise. The massage function is very loud, can’t use it while on calls.
