It rolls fantastic. The cushion is firm yet soft when you're in it for a while. The reclining function is fantastic. And the pleather feels high-end. The massage pillow is great. Yes, it makes noise, but it does not interrupt my phone calls. And it helps with a tight lumbar. All in all, I give this chair a 5-star rating. Great chair. Buy it.
