United StatesI’ve had this chair for a little over 2 years now and it’s been pretty good. The lumbar pillow it comes with is fantastic, I love the how soft it is. The headrest pillow is ok, but I don’t really use it a whole lot. Footrest is useless, I didn't even install it the chair is overall pretty comfortable.
