Assembly takes a while but is easy, most of the problems those people are complaining about in their reviews are easily fixed if you just read the directions. I have no complaints, this chair is comfortable, stable, rolls easily, and the messaging lumbar pillow is an added bonus. I highly recommend this chair, you won't be disappointed.

The reviews sold me on this beige chair and I feel as if it’s getting a lot of negative reviews because the pictures make the color of the chair look white…. I added my white throw blanket on top of the chair so everyone can see how BEIGE this chair is. IT IS NOT WHITE!!
United StatesThis chair at $99 is good. It was very easy to assemble. Vibrating lower back pad, additional pad for headrest, and led extension for comfort are all great additions. Quality is good. My only wish is that the seat had more cushion. I definitely recommend this chair to anyone that is looking for a good chair at a great price!
