I want to start by saying first that their customer service has been excellent! I had several questions regarding different colors of the chair as well as how to properly clean the chair. I ordered the white leather chair because it matched my office design aesthetic but I was afraid that it would get dirty and I wouldn't be able to clean it properly. I reached out to customer service to see how I could probably take care of it and they helped me right away. I emailed another time about questions regarding other colors of chairs, and when they would be back in stock. Again I was also responded to very quickly. Lately customer service has gone down a lot, so to see a company like this not only respond promptly but be kind, professional, informative and fast to respond means so much to me! Now about the chair.. I absolutely LOVE my chair! I've been using it for a week now and it is super comfortable! It is beautiful also! Since I work hybrid from home and ts hard for me to sit still... it's important for me to be able to sit cross legged in the chair and put my legs up. The chair also goes back very far and the pillow that comes with it is so good for my back. I highly recommend this chair and this company! I will definitely be purchasing more chairs from Downix in the future! It's not hard to see why they are sold out all of the time. They are awesome!
This chair was easy to assemble and is a comfortable chair.
Just received and assembled. Great chair overall. The cushion is strand and feels like it will need some time to wear in. Great chair!
