We have two warehouse locations for faster delivery of your orders. Your order will ship from either our CA or GA warehouse depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to things like inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other situations beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

So long as you’ve notified us within 30 days of receiving the order, we will be able to apply for a refund on your behalf or request a replacement item. Impressive Got More Than I Paid For

I got more than I paid for. I needed a new office chair for my home, but I wasn't willing to spend the price for a professional chair. I was looking around and found this inexpensive chair that had good reviews. I decided to buy it because it's affordable. I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I was surprise by the quality. The imitation leather is durable, there is good cushioning, and the chair feels stable. This chair comes disassembled so you need to build it yourself which includes a tool. I found building the chair easy. Overall, this is a comfortable office chair that will last me for many years. If you don't mind building your own furniture, you will find this chair both a quality bargain and comfortable. I won't hesitate to recommend this chair to my friends.

Assembly is easy; I watched the video. It's very accurate. I'm a woman in my 60s and put it together effortlessly. I was surprised that such a cheap chair was so comfortable and looked expensive. The height is perfect, the chairs are strong and spacious.
