I've only had this chair a few days, but overall was impressed with the quality after building. I'm hopeful that the material of the chair will hold up with continued use. The chair arrived two weeks earlier than expected, so that was a huge plus for me as well. The foot rest is perfect for me as someone who is around 5'3, but could see how someone taller would struggle with using it. The give you bare minimum instructions, but enough to get the job done LOL

When I bought the chair it came with a small tear. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and responded quickly. They sent me a new chair and resolved the issue. The chair is extremely comfortable and it allows me to play for long hours. The chair is easy to put together and took me around 30 minutes.
