For me, the massage is too strong and I don't use it. It is very easy to assemble, although it contains many parts and takes time. United StatesMy husband put the chair together and he did not have a hard time putting it together. It came together just fine. It’s very comfortable and I love the features it has, more so the cervical spine support and lumbar spine support with pillows. Not only do I love how beautiful it looks in my office but it’s an investment worth my health. The leg rest is what I needed, to avoid the bad habit of folding my legs back under the base of my old office chair because that would slow down my blood circulation and cause pain and swelling in my legs and feet by the end of my work day. I love that the back part of the chair adjusts upright, allowing me to sit straight and against my chair and pillows, unlike my old chair that did not support my back. I can adjust and lift the seat up high off the ground. I am 5 feet tall and I can barley reach the floor and I can’t reach the bottom of the base of the chair which will break my bad habit of folding my legs back under the chair. At this height level my legs hang straight downwards allowing me to avoid pulling my legs back behind the base of my chair. The cushion on the chair is very comfortable and firm. So over all I am so happy and comfortable with the chair. I love the cushion in the arm rest as well. I hope it lasts me while and I am looking forward to feeling better at the end of my work day. I can’t wait to recline the chair back and feel relaxed at the end of my work day. I appreciated all the reviews that I read when it was my turn to purchase so I also had to leave a review for those looking into purchasing this chair.
