United States United StatesIt's a great product. It certainly helps from an ergonomic point of view. The only "minus" is the backplane assembly instruction. It tells you to mount it at the very end and screw it in, but that doesn't work because it doesn't fit into the sequence of events that assemble the chair. But overall, I like the support of the back, solid and good value for money.
