1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase through your account at: 👉 https://account.dowinx.com If the option is available, cancellation can also be completed on the Order Confirmation page. Any approved refund will be returned to your original payment method.
For orders placed after this time, please contact our support team via email to request cancellation. When reaching out, kindly provide the recipient name, order email, and order number. This allows our team to check the order status and assist as quickly as possible, depending on shipping progress.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Please contact our Customer Support team via email or live chat before initiating any return or exchange.
Requests submitted within 30 days of delivery are eligible for return or refund review.
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refunds, but may still qualify for warranty support (see Section 5).
3. Voluntary Returns (Non-Quality-Related)
For returns due to personal preference (such as a change of mind or the item no longer being needed):
A 20% product fee may apply, which helps cover part of the outbound and return shipping costs as well as handling fees already incurred.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all included accessories.
Customers are required to use a traceable shipping method (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and provide a valid tracking number.
For the following situations, all return or exchange costs will be fully covered by Dowinx, and customers are entitled to free returns or exchanges:
Incorrect items shipped
Undelivered orders
Shipping damage
Quality issues determined to be not caused by improper use or accidental damage
5. Warranty Policy
Products beyond the 30-day return window but within the 2-year warranty period (calculated from the delivery date) remain eligible for after-sales support.

7. Seel Shipping Insurance
If you purchased Seel Shipping Insurance and experience shipping damage or a missing delivery, we recommend contacting Seel directly for faster resolution. Most cases are resolved within 24–48 hours.
This policy is effective as of December 24, 2025. Any cases submitted prior to this date will be handled according to the previous policy, based on the timestamp of the email or return request submission.

3. Damaged Items in Transit

Love the chair
I’ll start with the negative:
- Very time consuming installation. The chair comes with all of the tools you will need for assembly. But every thing needs assembled and screwed together. This is not a reason to avoid purchasing.
- lumbar pillow does not attach, it is a pillow that is free to do what it wants when you aren’t sitting against it.
- to support the laying back position, the chair balances a lot of weight toward the front. If you lean forward to pick up a pen it can dump you out. Don’t ask how I know.
- arm rests are not adjustable
Positives:
- very comfortable! This has got to be the most comfortable chair I have had. I have disc issues in my back at the L5-S1 and even without using the massaging feature this chair relaxes everything.
- very sturdy! I’m a very large individual and this chair supports that excess weight really well. It doesn’t feel like I’m a sardine in a can and laying back actually feels safe.
-quality materials! Okay this leather material feels so good to the touch. It doesn’t get hot either, but it feels like a very high quality material that I underpaid for.
-massaging function is fantastic though the power cable could be longer
I have already recommended the chair to coworkers and would recommend to anyone that asked. Coworkers also love the look of the chair, very professional looking.

I have used a lot of different office chairs in the last 30 yrs and I can say that this Downix office chair is the best one i ever used ! Everything about this chair is great - great comfort - great looks - great features -great price - great quality - great customer service . Right before i purchased this downix chair i purchased a different company brand ergonomic office chair that was more expensive and i returned it after 5 days .i learned more expensive does not mean more comfort. I'm so happy that i found out about Downix chairs . one other think i like about this chair LS-66D89D Luxury Series is most gaming chairs have the brand name with huge letters plastered on the chair or they are multiple colors that look like racing stripes . I use the chair for my home office and I'm 60 yrs old so this chair looks like a nice piece of furniture not a kids chair!- if you are thinking of buying this chair or any other Downix chair don't make the 1st mistake that I did buy purchasing a different company chair and then go thru the hassle of returning it . Just go straight to Downix and buy one of their chairs .you won’t be disappointed .[ if i can make one suggestion to Downix.i wish that you can design the massage pillow were once it is charged you can unplug it and use it. the way it is now to use the massage pillow it must stay plug into a USB port the wire is in the way . but that is a small personal issue -i still give this chair a 10 out of 10
