Free Returns for Dowinx-Related Issues

We offer free returns or exchanges for issues caused by us, including:

1. Warehouse & Fulfillment Locations

We operate multiple warehouses in the United States to ensure faster delivery of your orders.
Depending on your shipping address and inventory availability, orders will be fulfilled from the following warehouse regions:

  • East Region (Georgia, GA)

  • Northeast Region (New Jersey, NJ)

⚠️ Please note: Each warehouse may carry different inventory. Do not return products to any warehouse directly. All returns must follow the official return process.


2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days via FedEx

  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will ship on the next business day.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, inventory shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing all shipping details and a tracking number to monitor your order until it reaches your door.


3. Damaged Items in Transit

  • If damage is noticed upon delivery: Carefully inspect both the package and the contents. If the carrier is still present, please refuse the delivery.

  • If damage is noticed after delivery: Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged items. Our team will assist you and help find the best solution for your situation.

1. How should I know which chair suits me?

"First of all, please clarify your use scene, height and weight, and preferred surface material. For use scene: Take the armrest as an example, the linkage armrest model will be more suitable for leisure and game scenes, and the 4D armrest will be more suitable for work and office use scenes. For height and weight: Our convenient size calculator can recommend the most suitable product for you based on your height and weight. The most important indicator is height (approximately 26% of height), please confirm this before purchasing. For favorite fabric: A chair with fabric will be more breathable, and of course it will be more difficult to clean. A chair with retro leather will be more glamorous and comfortable to the touch, but sitting for a long time may feel stuffy. We deliver your order straight to your address via DPD. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Dowinx currently has multiple Dowinx warehouses in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Japan and other countries.
