By confirming your correct shipping address before placing an order, you will receive your purchases quickly and timely. Unfortunately, to comply with the tax laws in each state, we cannot change a delivery address once you’ve placed your order. Returns due to shipping damage, defective items, or receipt of incorrect orders:

You can refuse any damaged packages on delivery, so please take the time to examine both the box and all contents for any signs that something is wrong as soon as you receive the shipment. We commit to replacing any damaged or defective items that do not carry a manufacturer’s warranty so you can be confident shopping with us. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We have two warehouse locations for faster delivery of your orders. Your order will ship from either our CA or GA warehouse depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to things like inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other situations beyond our control. One of the best investments I've made. I enjoy gaming, but i also work from home so I needed a comfortable, sturdy chair that didn't break the bank. I've had a number of different ones over the years that just didn't work out for one reason or another but this one checks all the boxes. Great customer support as well!! Highly recommend.

I love the feeling, feels exactly like the description. It鈥檚 great quality, ease of use is of course easy. The manual very easily explains the Adjustability of the chair which is great. Also the size of the chair and padding on it is again, quality at its finest. I understand that others might鈥檝e had issues but mine came just fine, no problems at all. I would recommend for a starting chair and who knows, upgrade later on! (Not sponsored or a bot)
